The Compassion Culture
The Compassion Culture program helps schools build a supportive and understanding environment during times of grief or crisis. It offers professional development workshops that guide teachers and staff on how to respond to student and staff grief with empathy, avoiding toxic positivity. The program also focuses on designing clear and compassionate crisis protocols, so schools are prepared to respond calmly and effectively when tragedy impacts the campus.

Navigating Ambiguous Loss
The Navigating Ambiguous Loss program is designed to support special education teams in understanding the complex and ongoing grief experienced by parents of children with disabilities. Through focused training, staff learn to recognize this unique grief cycle, respond with empathy, and build stronger, more trusting relationships with families by acknowledging emotions that are often unseen or misunderstood.

The System Navigators program is designed to support families as they navigate complex educational systems and community resources. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, families are empowered to find their voice, confidently participate in IEP meetings, and advocate for their needs within schools and the wider community, helping them feel informed, supported, and heard.
